Yuzu & Cocoa Bubbleroon Bubble Bar Review

If you’re a Lush fanatic like me you’ll have heard of Bubbleroons the wonderful bubble bars inspired by macaroons. These little beauties cost $8.50 NZD, though I got given my Yuzu & Cocoa Bubbleroon free as a sample at a Lush VIP event. I used mine in the shower as I don’t have a bath in my apartment.

Before jumping in the shower I twisted it in half, you won’t need the whole Bubbleroon in the shower. I used it by holding it with the rounded part in my hand and the flat side facing out and used it all over my body.

Often I find that scents tend to disappear or lessen after drying myself off with a towel but in this case it lingers. Lingering isn’t a bad thing when you smell like orange chocolate. Just a shame I don’t have the Friends with Benefits massage bar to finish it off with.

It softened my skin to the point where I didn’t need to use Ro’s Argan body conditioner to soften up. My face feels the softest it has ever felt when bare/free of any face products which for my face is pretty amazing as it is acne prone and have some quite rough dry areas.

Overall the Yuzu & Cocoa Bubbleroon receives a 5/5 with the only problem being that I can’t try it in a bath for comparison. So weither you have a bath or not I highly suggest you pick up some Bubbleroons to try. The only thing you have to lose is body odour.
